Noir high definition was delayed because compite with itself in the same company?
Is to soon to put a better product than the recient collections, because many clients don´t have finished the Noir,FMP! and Rahxephon collections. ADV´s has a very bad marketing plan, very predectible and is the TRUE.

ADV Films (the original Noir publisher in the U.S.) is publishing the Noir High-def: animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/releases.php?id=4027&sort= So, what makes you think it was delayed due to "competition"?

Came out a few months ago?!? Vol. 7 of Noir was released Oct. 28 2003.

Wow it has been a while since Noir has come out hasn't it. As I remember it it did come out a few months ago but thats only because I haven't been keeping up with too many new animes so that one seems relatively new
 Anyways I might want to pick it up (I haven't actually seen it) is it any good?

Once again, did you read my post? Vol. 7, the last volume of Noir was released Oct. 28 2003. Not exactly a few months ago. |

Yes I did read your post and I was kinda joking. I know it came out a while ago its just I haven't kept up with anime that much so technically anime wise I am still back in 2003

Actually, Brusco was right. Noir High Def was delayed.
All of ADV's HD releases were deayed, I don't know why. -t |

Because they realised the format was beyond niche, and they're using titles low budget animation for said niche technology? They'd basically be blowing money out of their asses, considering all of their other projects at the moment. |

The Complete Collections and the HD versions will sell to different people. Obiviously, because I don't have the equipment to handle it, I will get the Complete Collections. The HD versions are for people with uber-home theater systems. That is the TRUTH. -R3x |
