Dammit, I keep saying Thomas Jane needs to be Cobra, not a Chris Hemsworth/Kurt Russell-type. Mad And Owen Wilson and Chuck Norris would blow, 'cus one's too old, and the other's too hipstery.

I've never seen any of Alex Aja's films, but, from I've heard, he seems to have the right mind set for Cobra. Aja's films tend to be fun and over the the top like the original Cobra manga/film/OVAs/tv show. After hearing about Aja involement and the ad, I'm willing to see how this film turns out.

This could work very well as Cobra is very much deep trenched in Western Sci-Fi and action hero influences.

Only if Wilson is willing to get buffer or should I say "thicker"?
They better include the classic opening theme in the film, hahaha.
