Will the expiring shows will be taken off Youtube and Hulu as well? Or just ANN?

I don't know for absolute certain, but I think they're being taken down everywhere.

They are rereleasing it in June, so I'm not surprised they're taking down the free streams. Also, the fact that apparently just the first 4 episodes are remaining up only fuels this thought.

Funi is actually taking down over 50 full-series this month, I think as part of a change in strategy. You'd have to ask them, though.

Of course it is. I knew this would happen sometime. My theory is they're pulling off the streams so you have to go and buy the set itself. Which is kind of smart, but then again, I know some people who would turn tail and run to fansubs for a free show. |
