TORONTO, ONTARIO - July 28, 2013 - Chromatic Press Inc. has released Sparkler Monthly Issue #1. This online magazine includes the following serials which are currently free to read/stream:
The first and current issue of Sparkler Monthly will always be free to view and stream online, whereas past issues will be available via a $5 monthly membership.
