Nation's Largest Anime and Manga Convention Announces Date for Masquerade Registration
Anaheim, California (April 7, 2009) — Interested in Cos-play (Costume Play)? Love dressing up as your favorite anime/manga character with others at the nation's largest anime/manga convention of its kind? Want to dress up and show the world your amazing anime/manga based costume/outfit and win some amazing prizes? Anime Expo® announces the launch date of its Masquerade Online Registration for the nation's largest anime and manga convention held July 2-5, 2009 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Every year Anime Expo® showcases a vast array of Cosplay events; of those Masquerade is the largest. Anime Expo® is honored to serve the otaku community by helping cosplayers worldwide showcase their work in front of thousands of enthusiastic Anime Expo® attendees.
Anime Expo® 2009 Masquerade Online Registration will open Friday, April 10th, 2009; 7:00 pm PDT.
This online registration (not to be confused with the Anime Expo® online pre-registration system) will close May 17th 2009.
In an ongoing pursuit to protect the personal information of group members there will be at least one change to Anime Expo® 2009 Masquerade Online Registration. This change only applies to entries with more than one member. After at least one member of an entry submits their information completely, all other members will have until May 17th, 2009 to submit their personal contact information. To match each member to the correct group ALL members must use the same Entry Name, and spell that name in the same manner.
