One Piece Voice Actors Kappei Yamaguchi, Hiroaki Hirata Attend Mumbai Comic Con on April 12

Crunchyroll announced on Thursday that it is bringing Kappei Yamaguchi and Hiroaki Hirata to India to attend Mumbai Comic Con. The One Piece voice actors will attend the convention on April 12.

Mumbai Comic Con will take place on April 12 and April 13 at the Jio World Convention Centre.
The One Piece anime will start airing new episodes again in Japan on April 6 on Sundays at 11:15 p.m. (10:30 a.m. EDT) on Fuji TV and its affiliates. Crunchyroll will simultaneously stream the anime when it resumes the Egghead arc on April 6 in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, and Latin America. The company has not announced new episodes for India.
Cartoon Network India began airing the One Piece anime's "Wano Arc" on May 5 with five Indian language dubs. It aired the anime in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada every Sunday at 1:00 p.m. IST with a rerun at 9:00 p.m. IST.
Crunchyroll added episodes 892-1077 of the anime in India in September 2023 and began streaming episode 1078 onwards from October 2023.
Netflix added the 2014 special edition of the 2008 One Piece: Episode of Chopper + Fuyu ni Saku, Kiseki no Sakura anime film, the One Piece: Strong World anime film, and the One Piece Film Z anime in India in early 2024. The streaming service added the One Piece Film Gold anime movie in India in January 2024. It added the One Piece Film Red anime in India in December 2023. The film opened in India in October 2022.

Crunchyroll hosted voice actor Natsuki Hanae and producer Yūma Takahashi for a panel at Mumbai Comic Con while they visited the city for anime's World Tour screening. Crunchyroll partnered with Comic Con India for its events in Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai in the 2023-2024 convention season.
