Cardfight!! Vanguard Anime's 3rd Season Green-Lit

The card game maker Bushiroad announced at Tokyo Game Show 2012 on Thursday that production on a third season of the Cardfight!! Vanguard anime has been green-lit. The production announcement event will be held on December 5.
Along with the card game that inspired it, the anime is a collaboration between Yu-Gi-Oh! R manga creator Akira Itō, the original Duel Masters technical advisor Satoshi Nakamura, and Bushiroad President Takaaki Kidani.
The first season premiered in January of last year, and Crunchyroll streamed it into several countries as it airs in Japan. The second season, Cardfight!! Vanguard: Asia Circuit Hen, premiered this past April, and Crunchyroll has been streaming this season as well. There has also been a live-action television adaptation, starring BREAKERZ band musician DAIGO, earlier this year.
Bushiroad is releasing the original card game in English, along with a English-dubbed version of the first anime episodes.
