Japan's Animation DVD Ranking, August 1-7

The DVD-Box for the live-action television series adaptation of the Bartender manga landed at #7 with 6,895 copies. The DVD for the K-On!! Live Event ~Come with Me!!~ concert sold 5,638 copies to rank #12.
The Net-Ban OOO Den-O All-Rider Let's Go Kamen Rider ~Gachi de Sagase! Kimi Dake no Rider 48~ debuted at #13 with 5,531 copies. AKB48's AKB ga Ippai ~The Best Music Video~ collection stayed #14 in its seventh week. It sold 5,439 more copies for a total of 336,838.
The live-action special-effects film Garo ~Red Requiem~ landed at #26 with 3,388 copies sold. Takashi Yamazaki's live-action film adaptation of the Space Battleship Yamato anime (pictured left) rose from #34 to #30 in its seventh week. It sold 2,574 copies for a new total of 108,225. The fifth anniversary festival for the Sengoku Basara game and anime franchise moved 2,253 units to land at #37.
The seventh volume of the live-action television series Kamen Rider OOO sold 1,834 copies at #42. The first film in Shinsuke Sato's live-action adaptation of Hiroya Oku's Gantz action manga was #44 in its fourth week. It sold 1,796 more copies for a new total of 47,144.
The second volme of the live-action special-effects series Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger debuted at #49 with 1,588 copies sold. The Hatsune Miku Vision music DVD from various artists fell from #56 to #81. It moved 940 copies for a total-to-date of 7,541.
Morning Musume's Concert Tour 2011 Spring DVD dropped from #19 to #89 in its second week. It sold 908 more copies for a new total of 6,398.
