Pokémon Celebrates 15th Anniversary on Sunday

Pocket Monsters Red & Green spawn 200-million-selling game series, 4 TV anime, 15 features
Nintendo released Pocket Monsters Red Version and Green Version — the first titles in the long-running Pokémon role-playing game franchise — on February 27, 1996. The game have since spawned four television anime series and an annual anime feature film series; the 14th and 15th features will open in Japan in July.
