Kami-sama no Memo-chō Mystery Light Novels Get Anime
posted on by Egan Loo
An insert from ASCII Media Works' Dengeki Bunko imprint has announced that an anime adaptation of Hikaru Sugii's Kami-sama no Memo-chō mystery light novel series has been green-lit. The story centers around a "NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) detective" girl named Alice and her assistant, a high school freshman boy named Narumi Fujishima.
Mel Kishida (So-Ra-No-Wo-To, Hana-Saku Iroha) illustrates the light novel volumes. Dengeki Bunko published the first light novel volume in 2007, and the sixth volume is shipping this month. The female Korean artist Tiv has been drawing an adaptation of the story in ASCII Media Works' Monthly Comic Dengeki Daioh magazine since last summer.
