Japan's Animation DVD Ranking, December 7-13

Rookies ~Sotsugyō- Last DVD Album, the DVD for the live-action feature based on Masanori Morita's Rookies baseball manga, stayed at #3 for a second weekend. The live-action net edition of Kamen Rider Decade: All Rider Super Spinoff landed at #13. The fifth volume of the live-action Kamen Rider Decade television series debuted at #18.
Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli's Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea film sold 9,000 standard edition Blu-ray Discs to top Oricon's anime Blu-ray Disc chart for the week of December 7-13 in Japan. The Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea Blu-ray Disc Special Keepsake Edition (pictured at right) also debuted on the same chart at #2.
