Mononoke Screening in Seattle on Friday, Saturday

Landmark Theatres' Egyptian Theatre in Seattle, Washington will be screening Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli's Princess Mononoke this Friday and Saturday at midnight. It is also screening Takashi Miike's Sukiyaki Western Django this weekend.
The National Media Museum in West Yorkshire, England will be screening another of Miyazaki and Ghibli's film classics, the Oscar-nominated Howl's Moving Castle, from October 25 to October 31. Miyazaki based his film on the novel by the same name from British author Diana Wynne Jones.
The Films from the South festival in Oslo, Norway is screening no less than seven Ghibli films between October 9 and October 15. The scheduled films are My Neighbor Totoro, Kiki's Delivery Service, Porco Rosso, Spirited Away, The Cat Returns, Howl's Moving Castle, and Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind. The October 15 showing of Nausicaä will include a presentation and a panel led by Nausicaä.net and EX.org contributor Geir Friestad.
