English Devil May Cry Anime Trailer Streamed

Minute-and-half trailer also downloadable in QuickTime or Windows Media

The IGN.com entertainment information site is streaming an English trailer for the anime based on CAPCOM's Devil May Cry supernatural action games. The trailer is also available for download in QuickTime or Windows Media format on the same site.

Like the original games, the anime stars a half-demon mercenary named Dante in a series of new adventures. Shin Itagaki (Black Cat) directed the anime with the animators of Madhouse (Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, Trinity Blood). Both the Devil May Cry 4 game and ADV Films' first volume of the Devil May Cry anime will ship in North America on February 5. The collector's edition of the Devil May Cry 4 game will include ADV Films' first anime DVD, another bonus DVD of extras, and a steel case.
