Shougakukan Manga Awards Announced

Winners include Kirarin Revolution and Kekkaishi
Japanese publishing house Shougakukan has announced the winners of their 52nd Annual Manga Awards. The award winners, by category, are as follows:
Children's Category: Kirarin Revolution by An Nakahara (Published in Ciao)
Shonen/Boy's Category: Kekkaishi by Yellow Tanabe (Published in Shonen Sunday)
Shojo/Girl's Category: 7SEEDS by Yumi Tamura (Published in Flowers)
General Category (for titles geared towards an older audience): Bengoshi no Kuzu/Lawyer's Garbage by Hideo Iura (Published in Big Comic Original)
Review Committee Special Award: Kimagure Concept/Conceited Concept by Hoichoi Productions (Published in Big Comic Spirits)
Awards will be presented in a ceremony on March 2nd. Each winner will receive 1 million yen along with their award.
