Claims breach of contract
According to this press release Ken Groove has filed a lawsuit against NuTech Digital for "breach of contract, accounting, conversion, breach of fiduciary duty, constructive trust" and has requested a temporary restraining order against NuTech.
NuTech Digital, a movie distributor that focuses predominantly (but not exclusively) on pornographic movies and pornographic anime (hentai) announced in March, 2004 that it had acquired North American rights to 34 adult anime titles from Ken Groove, and announced 16 more in July of that year.
According to today's press release, NuTech has failed to pay full royalties on the licensed titles, and has allowed the titles to be streamed online without Ken Groove's permission.
