FCC Ignores Doraemon Complaint

On behalf of Fujiko Pro, Shogakukan Productions sent a written complaint to the FCC on November 28th regarding its use of a mascot that looks very similar to Doraemon. The complaint included excerpts of Doraemon products in order to show the similarity. Now, over a month since the complaint was sent, the FCC has not responded to Shogakukan's advances and the infringing character remains on the FCC's Kidzone website.
