Tokyopop Announces 5th Rising Stars Competition

Tokyopop sent out a press release yesterday announcing the launch of their 5th Rising Stars of Manga competition. For the first time in the competition's history, there will be a People's Choice on-line component where fans will get to select a winner online. The competition runs until February 15th.
