2004 Cherry Blossom Festival Anime Costume Parade

Project 760 Productions and World of Anime will be hosting a second Anime Costume Parade at this year's Cherry Blossom Festival in San Francisco.

The event will take place on April 25th.

Excerpts from Press Release:

Times: Check-in starts at 10:30 AM, with judging to begin at 11:00AM.

The meeting place will be at the front of City Hall. The parade will
start will begin at 1:00PM from City Hall and end at 3:00PM in Japan Center. Awards Ceremony will take place at the Peace Plaza at 3PM. Prizes will be announced at a later date.

Consolation prizes consisting of videos, posters, keychains and/or magazines will be given to all participants. All participants for the Costume Contest and Parade MUST Pre-register with Japan Video prior to the event. To pre-register for the costume contest, please contact William or Tak at 415/563-5220.

The Anime Costume Contest and parade is sponsored by ADV Films, AnimEigo, Central Park Media, Geneon, FUNimation Productions, Tokyo Pop, Media Blasters, Synch-Point, Bandai Entertainment, Viz LLC and Urban Vision. This event is organized by Japan Video and Media, in association with Project 760 Productions.
