According to this New York Daily News and other sources, Kids WB has announced it has officially acquired broadcast rights to the Nelvana produced Card Captor Sakura TV Series. "Cardcaptors" will air weekly on Fridays as part of a new afternoon block titled "Fraturday.
Also Nelvana has opened up a website devoted to the series on their website.
Earlier this month, at the Card Captor Sakura Festival in Japan the title of the upcoming second Cardcaptor Sakura movie was mentioned as Card Captor Sakura: Fuuinsareta Card. The movie will be released in theaters nation-wide in Japan this summer. Also, a short film will be screened with the movie titled, Kero-chan ni Omakase!
