Black Rock Shooter Adds Mamiko Noto, Eri Kitamura to Cast

Manami Numakura also in 8-episode TV anime premiering on February 2
The official website for the Black Rock Shooter television anime series updated on Friday and confirmed that Mamiko Noto, Eri Kitamura, and Manami Numakura are joining the cast:
Mamiko Noto as Saya Irino
Eri Kitamura as Kagari Izuriha
Manami Numakura as Arata Obata
The website also revealed that the eight-episode anime will premiere in Fuji TV's Noitamina timeslot on February 2 — instead of January as previously announced.
The website already confirmed last month that the voice cast from the earlier Black Rock Shooter video anime is returning for the new project:
Kana Hanazawa as Mato Kuroi
Kana Asumi as Yū Kōtari
Miyuki Sawashiro as Yomi Takanashi
The video's original character designer huke, director Shinobu Yoshioka, and the anime studio Ordet are also returning for the television series. Joining them are CG battle director Hiroyuki Imaishi, series script editor/scriptwriter Mari Okada, chief animation director/animation character designer Yusuke Yoshigaki, and the computer animators at SANZIGEN.
