American Idol's Blake Lewis Dubs English Durarara

Aniplex USA, the North American arm of the Japanese anime producer Aniplex, announced on Friday that American singer Blake Lewis will dub the character of Kasuka Heiwajima in the 25th episode of its English release of the television anime Durarara!! The 25th episode is a DVD-only special side-story. In the episode, the character Shizuo Heiwajima (Crispin Freeman) tries to keep an eye on his younger brother (Lewis), a popular actor, despite interference from archrival Izaya Orihara (Johnny Yong Bosch).
Lewis is best known for his appearance on the sixth season of the American reality television series American Idol, in which Lewis placed second. Aniplex will release the third and final DVD of Durarara!!, which includes the 25th episode, on May 31.
