The above video was posted to the Japanese video site Nico Nico Douga by a user who goes by the name Natsuki Hisami, a member of the animation duo Studio Himatsubushi. Hisami has posted other original works as well as amateur Hatsune Miku virtual idol music videos in the past.

This video, titled Echo ~Sekai ni Hitori no Onna no Ko to Eishaki no Hanashi~ (Conversations of the World's Only Girl and the Movie Projector), features a post-apocalyptic story revolves around a young girl who appears to be the only remaining human on Earth. The girl is accompanied by a projector named Beluga which displays the history behind objects, reflecting on the present of Japan from the perspective of a bleak future.
