Coolness. Now Japanese animation companies hear me!! We would love to see this show given proper treatment. It deserves a TV series. We got the OVA and...that's all we got. If Ushio & Tora can get a nice series, then I'd tap some 3 x 3 as well.

I read the synopsis and it sounds pretty interesting. If Japanese animation studios can update the models and settings (a la Kiseijū Sei no Kakuritsu), it would be nice.

100%! I suppose it's a little early to hope they'll be a "special announcement" with the one-shot chapter, but hope I will!

If a "3x3 Eyes" TV series comes to pass on top of "Arslan" and "Ushio and Tora," I don't think I'll need anything else for Christmas this year.
Oh, who am I kidding? "Outlanders" TV series, please, Santa!
Anyway, good to know that Takada's keeping the series alive out there; maybe a good opportunity is not so far away.

Y'know it's time for these studios to tap into classic talent. I mean could you imagine what any work by Johji Manabe being animated would look like as an actual series? Oh man. Japan get on this dammit!!!

Yeah tap the classics, not just the latest flavor of the month!

There actually was a little-seen TV series for "Rai - Heroic Legend of the Galactic Warring States." 52 episodes of it. But the author apparently hated it, and bootlegs and old Japanese rental tapes are all that remain. I doubt we'll even see a Japanese rerelease unless Manabe gets really hungry someday.
