I'm little tired of moe, but I really like the gist of Encouragement of Climb. It looks like a really pretty show, too, and the cute character designs do make for a good fit.
As for Mangirl!, seems like more of the same with the "four high school girls" gag, but then again, I thought the same thing about Hyakko and Teekyu and I really have enjoyed both of them. However, "Mangirl" sounds like such an unfortunate title…

I just want them to snatch up Maoyu. Then I'll be happy.

Well if the story/overall plot is good then characters could look crayon shin-chan rejects, however I understand this feeling all to well. As for mangirl... that seems to fit a certain demographic that likes the 4koma shows <_< "men wishing they could be the little girl"

Hehehe, I get it now, though I'd still file this under "English Words Used in Japanese That Don't Transit Well Back Into English"…

Manga Garu (Girl) = Mangaru = Mangirl. Works in katakana/hiragana, not so much in English.

It needs a disclaimer subtitle
"Mangirl: not what it sounds like"
