Another great push for international licenses! I can't tell you how many times I've read people say (especially on Viz' Facebook, as many people do not understand localizing in different regions) "I'd subscribe to SJA, BUT I live in _____". Not to say that Viz will be doing it, but still, someone will.
Now with the simultaneous releases, if only the problem of leaked issues can be fixed... Every magazine/comic anthology seems to get leaked often in Japan. I think I heard that mail subscribers get it before the date? If so, maybe that'll change.

No, it is convenience stores and other retailers who get it early, because there is no way to ensure every retailer has the product by Sunday due to distance and other factors. The leaks come from underpaid Japanese who work in these establishments. It isn't going to end anytime soon.

I'm really interested in having Shounen Jump in my Country too, but I wouldn't be happy if anything was censored or adapted... could you please explain more about this issue?

So... Does the rest of the world get it in magazine form accept North America? Or are they willing to give it another go? Apologies for my retarded question.

I suppose that's another reason why Shueisha broke the license deal with its main publisher here in Spain a month ago... or might be.
EDIT:

does this means we could get Shonen Jump in Mexico? Or is it just wishful thinking?
