His family and friends have my deepest sympathy. It seems like he did some important work for anime and manga.

Sad to hear of his death.
It is good to hear his library will be part of the Tokyo International Manga Library. When I visited the Yoshihiro Yonezawa Memorial Library of Manga and Subculture at Meiji University last October to donate copies of my books the librarian showed me some literature on the planned Tokyo International Manga Library, I'm looking forward to visiting that building after it opens. animenewsnetwork.com/news/2009-10-22/tokyo-international-manga-library-officially-announced |
