How is it surprising there's no upskirt shots for this exhibtion? They are trying to recreate and recapture what happened in the anime and there were no upskirt shots there.
There's nothing to be surprised about. |

Surprised that otaku wouldn't do it from their cameras, not the show. But as I mentioned, the way some of the exhibit was done, they may not even have to:

What an otaku might do has nothing to do with the pics as shown. The pics are from the official promotion group for the exhibition.

Is it official? ANN's article and photo source "Moe Otanews Sokuhō" (http://otanews.livedoor.biz/archives/51848784.html) got it from persons such as "IoryHamon" (http://twitpic.com/photos/IoryHamon). I'm not familiar how official "IoryHamon" is............. but oh look he/she does have upskirt shots:  
So it seems those are official upskirt shots. Color me surprised.

Facetious yes; stupid no. Not really much effort actually. It helps when stupid stuff are so predictable - it's like they're doing the work proving correct for you!

Went to the exhibit today. It was rather meh. Most of the full size models' facial characteristics were off.

The artwork was sweet though, Ume Aokis original character sketches and the manga strips from the Blu ray extras. |
