Well here's hoping it isn't as bad as Hokuto Musou was where it became a chore to finish it all because of a certain upgrade feature it had. Mad

C'mon cel-shaded graphics.. or at least ones that don't look weird/awful. All the previous OP games have looked kinda 'eh'. I really liked the cel-shaded style they used in PS3 Naruto and Bleach games.

Oh god, this would be the most awesome game ever, if it came to the US. Which is won't, unless the various Musou fans are large enough in number to pull this off. I will definately get this, no matter what though.

Plus if it does come here then we may get a 360 version the same way that Dynasty Warriors 7 & Gundam got when they were released here.

We've gotten all the Gundam Musou games plus the Hokuto Musou and the recent Bleach Soul Resureccion, which isn't technically a musou game but we all know what it is. I'd say we have a pretty high chance of getting this game in America. If not, Europe got Unlimited Cruise/Adventure, so it stands to reason they'd get this too and the PS3 isn't region-locked, so....

Those games had 360 SKUs in Japan (well actually DW7 didn't but I believe that's PS3 exclusive in the US as well), this game doesn't.

Like Saint Seiya PS3 (which is being localized), I can see this getting localized for Europe, and as PS3 games are region-free importing it won't be a hassle.

According to Wikipedia's DW 7 page

Quote:
The game has been confirmed to be PS3 exclusive in Japan. ... Tecmo Koei released it in North American on March 29, 2011, in Europe on April 8, 2011 and in Australia on April 14, 2011, after news that it has been delayed and was released on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

However, it looks like Xtreme Legends is going to be PS3 only everywhere.

Tecmo Koei released Hokuto Musou in the US. We also got every DW and DW Gundam game I can think of. I don't see why they (or Bandai Namco) wouldn't release this game unless FUNimation couldn't acquire the rights to the next batch of One Piece episodes. That might present a problem for voice recording/localization. But then again, we got Unlimited Adventure. I certainly hope we get a good One Piece game in the states. The last good OP game I played was the JPN port of OP Grand Battle Rush for the Gamecube. I don't know how the later Unlimited Cruise games are, but the Multiplayer in UA was just terrible.

Huh. I guess that poll from a long while ago about how Zoro was the top-voted male straw hat character females would marry and how Sanji was the top-voted strawhat character females would date wasn't really that far off from the truth. I was kinda surprised how there was some... I guess "hollering" if that's the right word, for that scene between Zoro and Mihawk and Sanji fighting against enemies on the Baratie.
