What are you talking about? The article mentions nothing of Drawn & Quarterly.
Top Shelf, the same people releasing the AX anthology, are releasing Cigarette Girl.

why??

I'm pretty disappointed with this since this is going to be published in French in October.

Would like to see something unlicensed in Europe, but well, I guess this is a good news for some alt manga fans.

Way more happy with Verticals new license!

I have to admit this is an interesting title. Definitely not for kids. I'll have to keep my eye on this one as a recommendation. Hopefully I'll hear more when I attend 'NYCC/NYAF 10'.
