I was actually afraid that after the "main" arc will end at the mid point of the series, will get the typical Demon lord now in control and goes to school arc similar to other works out there,
The series did gave that vibe in the last ep so seem like I was right on the money  (?)
Auhoers tend to go that route cause they long lost creativity and just go for what is popular, as well as got pushed by their agency to keep the show going (dk if it's the case for 2099 cause I didn't checked the source). |

For what it's worth, the name spellings from Yen Press's translation of the LN are:
Hizuki Reynard-Yamada Tratte Götel Mag Rosanta Korneah Seburd I like that each volume of this series is set in a different city. |

I'm really enjoying this 'flying under the radar' series. It has just the right amount of action, seriousness and humor. Vetol and Machina make for a nice couple and Takahashi is a fun character. I'm looking forward to see where this goes.
