I believe Richard Eisenbeis lives in Japan so he was able to see it in theaters

You're unlikely to find a way to watch it outside Japan other than sus cam recordings from the movie theatre, at least for the time being. I don't recall if there's been any announcements about screenings overseas. With some luck, in a couple months it might get picked up for streaming. If we're unlucky, we'll have to wait for the BD release at which point you could import it or try to find it the old-fashioned way Wink
