Wonder Woman, Aquaman, the Flash, and a female Green Lantern?
Maybe we might get an anime version of the Justice League.

That's Jessica Cruz. She's been around since the 2010s.

Jessica Cruz was actually the central character of Justice League vs The Fatal Five, a great little one shot that’s done as a new episode of Justice League. Good to see her getting more appearances.

Interesting that Supes isn't shown. Guess they're holding him back for a big reveal. Glad to see a followup as the original was a thrill ride

I hope the plot isn't just Batman vs Evil Justice League.

Not the most hype-inducing concept of the League once again jobbing to Bats.

In terms of modern characters being forced into the Justice League I'll take Jessica Cruiz over Cyborg. She looks nice in this at least.

Batman Ninja was dumb as hell, but it was the fun kind of dumb, so I'm all in for this.

Gonna have to check out Batman Ninja sometime before the Yakuza League sequel releass, but for now I'm most interested in seeing an anime version of Jessica Cruz. Really liked her character in the Fatal Five film, and glad she got to be in a Justice League Unlimited style production with Kevin Conroy voicing Batman.

I find hilarious in how every discussion about modern JL people need to be explained who the Green Lantern is.

Cruz is like 10 years old and nobody knows her, man, people ready don't read comics anymore.

I read comics, but not new DC Comics. It is Hal Jordan, Kilowog and several goofy Lanterns (the ball with the face?). I was introduced to DC because of The Superfriends! Adam West Batman (in syndication) and Lynda Carter’s Wonder Woman were other fave DC Heroes. I am mainly a Marvel Comics Fan!

To be fair every time I see modern comics being talked about it's in a "Look how cringy this page is" kind of way going viral on social media so nothing I see ever makes me want to get back into reading them. I'm fine with ignoring comics that came out after the mid 2000s. The problem is probably how a lot of modern comic-based media tries to push these modern characters like we should know them and then people act surprised no one does.

You need to find different tweets to read than just the grifters who complain, complain, complain about everything. They make everything look bad by only focusing on the bad stuff and absolutely none of the good stuff which yes exists.

Even then Jessica Cruz is a character thats gotten a lot of screentime and push in the last several years. She's one of the main characters of the DC Super Hero Girls tv show, was the main character of her own movie in Justice League vs the Fatal Five, and appears in other stuff like DC Super Pets. Its no different than how John Stewart become a hugely popular character after the Justice League cartoon made him a main character.

Even then a big reason why she is getting pushed so much is because she was legitimately well received and popular when introduced, even going on to star in her own Green Lantern ongoing that last up to 50 issues. Jessica is one of the more notable success stories of the 2010s.

I so wish I liked this visual style. The first one and now especially this seem like dumb fun and I'm always in for that. Perhaps I'll grind my teeth and try the first one once more.
Not trying to bash the CGI animation btw, just the style is not really pleasant imo. Just thought I'd mention that.

So they get transported to an AU Japan where the Justice League are all Yakuza Supervillains? I'm guessing Batman is going to have to free them from their brainwashing. Hopefully without them having to job to him so much.

Also will it be just Batman and Robin or will the rest of the Batfamily show up?

I didn't expect to see Jessica in this but considering she was in the RWBY crossover I feel like she just lends herself well to the anime aesthetic.

I can't imagine they'd have the main JL in it without Superman, I feel like they're probably going to save him as the "big boss."
