Just to clarify, the temporary Nico video and streaming are restricted to Japan to avoid load issues.
Kadokawa does mention in the press release (https://tp.kadokawa.co.jp/.assets/240628_release_f1wyy3RN.pdf) that some kind of information has leaked though - I didn't find any mention of it in the article. Among the others, there are contracts and Dwango's employees personal information. Also, it seems the group that claimed to be responsible is actually releasing the information in the open, sadly. Dwango's operations have been mostly open and transparent and they should be praised for that. Kadokawa...not so much.
