You know, every time I see reports on action figures here (which are often a bit dated) I have to wonder, what ever happened to the "Akiba Alley" column that was mentioned back in August at the Otakon ANN panel (or all of the other changes/new features that were mentioned)?

<sigh> That's why I didn't even want to mention those projects. Projects fall through all the time, so its best not to say anything about them till they're in production (and even then things can happen).

The author of Akiba Alley seems to have too much on his plate to be able to work on the column. Either that or he's hiding from us because of another snafu. Hopefully that isn't the case because we're not actually all that mad at him about it.

All the other changes / features are still being planned.
