its a shame no ones picked up the first novel yet, i've got the Mardock Scramble novels and would love to have a read of the Another novel too, although i get it that novel translations don't exactly sell well no matter how good they are since the market is very niche for them
hoping the new novels get some sort of adaptation when released, be it manga, anime or both, given how enjoyable the adaptations for the original novel are

I'm really enjoying the anime adaptation of the first book so far and am looking forward to seeing a sequel, although the spin-off doesn't interest me as much.

Augh...I'm so pissed that Light Novels rarely come over here to the west. I love sitting down with a good book, and it'd give me something else to waste my school hours on.
Also, the original material is usually better than the adaption.

The novel's ending was very vague, but it has enough conclusion.
If there's a sequel, then
The curse was not uplifted.

Trust me, you guys don't want a sequel. The spin-off sounds fine, but a sequel... to that ending... No thanks.

As much as I've enjoyed Another, I'm not sure a sequel would work. The only approach I could think of would be an OVA with a timeskip where a future class 3 looks for survivors of the one we know for help...

Woah I had no idea that Sentai had licensed the series. Awesomeee
Also, I would _____ a _____ (use your imagination) for these novels to be officially translated.
