Hi. I'm a crazy fan about Trigun and I looking for a CD with the OST from Trigun "The First Donuts".
Does anyone know where I can buy it?

Just out of curiosity, why are the OSTs so expensive? Is it simply because of shipping costs involved, or is there something I'm missing?

CDs and DVDs tend to be more expensive in Japan, the accepted standard price just happens to be higher ($20 to $30 for a CD).
So when you get import CDs you have to pay Japanese price, and then a bit more to cover the shipping. But there are several companies that license and release anime soundtracks in North America, with prices arounf $15. Unfortunately the Trigun soundtrack hasn't been released on a North American CD yet. |

If you are careful you can sometimes find import OSTs on eBay either sold by a Japanese seller (usually used) or being sold by someone that already imported it. But you have to be very careful for bootlegs. Good rule of thumb - if it has a buy it now that is less than 15$US than odds are its a bootleg. |
