What is this song named blue? I thought that meant the real folk blues but I was wrong. When is it played and if i'm right Tank is the opening theme. And are there any bebop songs better than jupitor jazz the ending series theme and the real folk blues.

"Blue" is the ending song for the very last episode. And as for any better music than the ones you mentioned, I like all of the music in the series, so I guess the answer is yes, there are better pieces of music than the ones in Jupiter Jazz, Tank!, and The Real Folk Blues.

Oh, and just so you know, "Blue" is the first track on OST 3, Blue. And yes, "Blue" is the name of the album and the first song Wink.
