Nadesico OVA?

I bought the entire series and such and the movie and they were great! But I've heard there is an OVA of Nadesico called Gettiganker 3 where they all go and watch the movie in a theatre and comment on it all. It's suppose to be be really funny but I don't see it anywhere on sale or even for download. Is it even released by ADV? Or is it somewhere on the DVD's that I missed somewhere?..Please someone help!

If it wasn't released stateside with any of the other Nadesico stuff, I wouldn't imagine that it will ever come over here.
