Good Forums to ask for Manga Title help???

I requested some help on identifying a certain manga, but so far I've received no solutions...I was wondering if anyone knows of other good forums or places that I might be able to post at to see if I can find the title of this manga.

Umm...why don't you try posting the question here and seeing if anyone can figure it out?
