How better to match Apothecary Diaries as a medical mystery show than with its own all-star cast headlined by Ayaneru?
We've even got Nana Mizuki as narrator! Is she the MC's mom or sister? I assume Fumihiko Tachiki is the dad and head of the hospital. |
