I don't listen to a lot of dubs anymore, but I remember him being pretty awesome as Quent in Wolf's Rain, back in the day. He had a very cool baritone voice that captured that kind of hellbent, relentless old man sound. Rest in peace, Mr. Wyner.

Yeah, for my money Wolf's Rain had one of the greatest dubs of all time, and Tom Wyner put in a fantastic performance as Quent. I enjoyed him as Bison too. Rest in peace. |

Huh? Tom Wyner,gone? That's shocking. He's been in so many English anime dubs,it's almost impossible to count how many of them there are. I'm not sure if there are any recent stuff he did,but he'll be missed.
RIP Mr. Wyner. You won't be forgotten anytime soon.

I wonder if her recorded his lines for the release of the original 3 movies or if he will have to be replaced too. Either was i wish his family well and wish them my condolences for the loss. |

RIP to an amazing voice actor. Just iconic. One of his lesser known roles, Carozzo "Iron Mask" Ronah from the Gundam F91 film was a tour de force. And he did it while speaking into a paper cup, as I recall.

This is such a tragic loss, he was very talented, I still hold this as some of the best acting in an English dub. RIP.

Tom Wyner's voice as Devimon is very iconic to me and I also was impressed by his acting in GITS and Outlaw Star as Hazanko and the Puppet Master. He also did the voices of some of the more memorable Power Rangers monsters from my childhood like Bones and the Knasty Knight. RIP and my heart goes out to his family and loved ones.
