Wow, this anime is still alive? It's been so long since it was first announced (three whole years!) that I thought for sure it was canceled.

So this finally gonna happen? And with Mamahaha's character designs, should be interesting. Now, just need an anime trailer and premier date.

Yes i was wondering what was happening with no news since then. Gimai Seikatsu's anime from the same author was announced later and will probably start sooner

I remember watching the seiyuu announce this anime adaption, like, three different times but nice to see it making some actual progress.

Hope this is more Rent-a-Girlfriend than A Dreaming Boy is a Realist, adaption-wise.

Wording here confuses me . "Uncle insists he plays the part of his daughter's boyfriend." That means the MC has to pretend to be dating his cousin. I mean what?

Spoiler : spoiler[Beside friends, nobody at school knows they are related as his cousin Mashiro is a transfert student, at first the overprotecting father/uncle was doing this to shield her from playboys and bullies with his nephew acting as fake boyfriend "read bodyguard" ]

The little sister part shouldn't have been in the title to be honest, as she is first and foremost the MC's 1 year apart Kouhai than the best friend/circle member 2's sister.

Think of it as a Saenai Heroine with a more professional game development side.
