I'm looking forward to it as well. Besides, this adaptation is streets ahead of the previous ones. While there are limitations and some censorship, I think the overall feel and pacing aligns better with the manga. That said, if people are interested in Kingdom, I still tell them to read the manga. I find this recent anime adaptation enjoyable because I rather like revisiting older arcs and, at times, it does do some interesting things with the material. |

It really is a shame that the first two seasons sabotaged it with anime viewers. I was stunned it got a 3rd season at all. Still, I usually end up talking to myself in the Series Discussion thread. Can't wait for season 5.

Mediocre????
Season 1 was Playstation 1 graphics Season 2 was Playstation 2 graphics Season 3 was Playstation 3 graphics Season 4 was Playstation 4 graphics Season 5 will be Playstation 5 graphics Ok...that might be a stretch. But there is significant improvement in seasons 3 and 4. |
