Huzzah, the anime adaption maybe rough around the edges visual-wise but it's otherwise great and I'm glad we are getting more soon.

Since the anime is doing well enough to get a third season, I hope they could get a higher animation budget, but I'm excited we're getting more made.

The animation might not be amazing but the story is! Really well written. The animation and character design makes me laugh a lil sometimes.

Nice, I'll definitely watch it. I don't read the manga, but I just checked out how many chapters there have been since the point where season 2 ended, and it looks like there's enough material for another 12 episodes already, but I wonder if there's a good stopping point for season 3 to end on.

Awesome! The series really needed this after how season 2 ended and I’m so glad to see this happening. I also hope that the OVAs can be legally streamed somewhere soon.

I highly recommend reading the manga. The anime skipped a lot of chapters... I would say that some of the content they skipped is important to the storyline. For example, the anime didn’t really cover Sugimoto’s backstory. I know the second season covered a bit of his backstory but it’s better in the manga. Also, the manga has some insane minor antagonists who didn’t make it to the anime. I remember one of the staff on Twitter apologising for skipping a lot of content. Some of it wasn’t suitable for broadcast so I understand why they skipped it. |
