Since this is somewhat related to PS4 updates, but more Devil May Cry 5.

It's similar to the idea of WiiU. You can play your games if someone else uses the TV.

Or you can play it from anywhere over the internet, though I've always found it a not so good experience.

It was cool if you were away and wanted your console to download something before you got home. You could do this on the PS3 with a PSP over the internet. Good times.
