Indeed. If there is a Japanese city that could really use a tourist boom to help get more jobs to stimulate the econ., sometimes making an anime based on or set in that city can help. Note that I am talking about those really small towns or villages that are in need of an economic boost.

The same building was used in Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei, and Assassination Classroom. Just, in those they put it in the middle of nowhere instead of where it is, like ZLS did.
