Based on the visual and info from the manga, this film’s character getting backstory should either be Mineta or Tsu. As for the original character, no doubt she’ll be jumping at Izuku by the end, as is the case with most of the movies in this format.

Mineta or Tsu? How do you even get to that conclusion. Neither the visual nor the manga can lead us to that conclusion. And I doubt the movie would focus on Mineta or Tsu. Since well, Mineta is too minor and wouldn't make a good enough movie subject and two we already saw Tsuyu's past in an OVA.
I'd say All Might is the most likely candidate.

That visual reminds me of Kingdom Hearts 2.8's box art, which was a shot at Final Fantasy XV's visual in 2013, which came from Versus XIII's trailer. lol
