Uh I'm no expert in writing but these things REALLY should have been expanded on in the main source material and not some random book?
Well, the latter 3 because if I recall correctly the four noble families were only ever mentioned a bit during the series and had no real significance outside of being super important families that Byakuya was a part of.
The Soul King was incredibly underexplained, the Arrancars were half explained as in we know about aizen's hogyoku versions but the naturally occurring ones like starrk (and halibel?) was never mentioned. and the Fullbringers were also mostly underexplained though we did get a history lesson in how they were formed.

I hope Viz licenses this so I don't have to rely on slow fan translations.

The main source material was axed, blame Jump for that and for the mess they did with the manga's pacing ever since the Arrancar arc (iirc Kubo even said in one of the tankobon he had to "expand" the arc to more than the double of what he had in mind). I hope for an anime adaptation covering everything he actually wanted to do in Bleach or something. He only didn't quit because of japanese fan support (as he well explained on twitter after Bleach ended serialization).

So it's finally coming back. The last piece of Bleach material and then the series truly ends.
