Great news, and while the first season took over 500 days to make I am hoping that they have been able to increase the size of the production team for the second season.

My hope is that they can expand on season 1's surprise quality and make season 2 a masterpiece. I would love to live in a world where season 2 of Kemono Friends is the top anime on MAL.

Alright, let's see them step up their game. Hopefully higher budget and all that. Exploring more of the world they've set up. Yeah. Looking forward to it.

It would look weird if the second season suddenly looked like a triple-A production show, certainly, but improving it a little bit should be fine. Just smoothing out some of the kinks.
