It appears Crunchyroll Latin America let a few things out of the bag regular Crunchyroll didn't put out at AX for some reason:

They are more interested in high profile shows. And at this point Kino's Journey is a niche show. |

YES! They got Kino!! I'm so relieved now that we know that Amazon and Netflix won't be getting it. So excited for this! And also, Thorfinn, that's completely subjective as I (and some other people as well) found at least a couple of their announcements to be good as well. Your statement just didn't sit right with me, so I just wanted to say something.

If so (just confirmed) then that only leaves roughly a half dozen shows to find a home this season. |

Why didn't they announce those at their panel? Are they literally that bad at advertising? |

It's great that CR got Kino's Journey but I'm worried about whether the key staff will be up to the task, particularly the series composition writer. From what I've heard Aoi Yuki and Soma Saito will do a good job at least.
I'm not worried about some shows not being announced yet. CR usually announces closer to air date. |

just a guess, but since they have a panel with Kadokawa, a simulcast preview panel and a live crunchycast, they are likely splitting up their simulcast announcements between each event. didn't quite work with the one today since Funi announced them yesterday. So maybe a work in progress if that is correct
